Role Description
We are seeking a Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee daily field operations and lead a crew in completing landscaping and lawn maintenance work. This role is responsible for supporting team productivity, maintaining job quality, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
Pay and Schedule
- $22.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday schedule, with potential adjustments based on weather and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscaping crew members.
- Complete landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks.
- Ensure work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with mowing and general field duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of landscaping experience.
- Ability to lead and support a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physically active work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both landscaping and mowing operations.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties may include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
