Bill’s Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Inc. provides lawn care, fertilization, and landscaping services throughout the Frankfort, Illinois area. We are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service to our customers.

Role Description
We are seeking a Lawn Fertilization Technician to perform lawn treatment services and support overall turf health across our service area. This role requires attention to detail, independence, and consistency in service delivery.

Pay and Schedule
  • $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
  • Full-time opportunity based on workload and seasonal demand.
  • Schedule may vary based on route and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Apply lawn treatments in accordance with company standards, product guidelines, and applicable safety regulations.
  • Evaluate lawn conditions and identify potential issues.
  • Maintain service records and job documentation.
  • Communicate with customers when appropriate.
  • Operate and maintain equipment safely.
  • Assist with additional services such as aeration and overseeding as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in lawn care or fertilization preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid applicator license preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of turf management practices.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform the essential job functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties may include lifting, walking, standing, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the shift.

Work Environment
  • Outdoor, route-based work environment.
  • Independent and physically active role.

Job duties, responsibilities, and requirements may be subject to change based on business needs.
Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
